Tuesday, November 20, 2018- A son of Jubilee Governor is among top performers of the 2018 Kenya Certificate of Primary Education (KCPE) examinations.

Hassan Wanini Mvurya, the son to Kwale Governor, Salim Mvurya, scored an impressive 440 marks out of a possible 500 to top the Coast region.
Hassan sat for his KCPE at Likunda Primary School in Ukunda.
The 2018 KCPE results were released on Monday by Education CS Amb. Amina Mohammed where Olive Wachiraof Riara Road Primary in Nairobi, and Rawlings Odhiambo from Hill School in Kakamega, emerged the top students with 453 marks.
Other top performers include Victor Momanyi Mogusu (Emmanuel Springs Academy in Makueni) who scored 452, Leonard Asanga (Moi Primary School, Kabarak) who scored 451 and Ashley Wambui Mwangi (Kutus Municipality Primary school in Kirinyaga County) who scored 447 marks.
Form One selection will start on December 3rd.
