The duo have done it again!!
Kevo Abbra and Osborne Macharia, recently had the privilege of working with legendary Hip Hop/Trap Producer Metro Boomin to create a series of promo images for his come-back album NOT ALL HEROES WEAR CAPES.
Commissioned by Def Jam / Island / Republic Records (Universal Music Group) In addition, they also worked alongside coreydamonblack (Travis Scott’s Creative Director).
The art work/ images, has been received with great publication as now the results is visible on Billboards on Time Square, ITunes, Spotify and made it to No. 1 on Billboard 200.
Kevo Abbra worked on the project’s costume and wardrobe ideas, on a post he stated his working experience on the project saying;
“Working on the visual ideas for the wardrobe costumes for the themes OVERCOMING FEAR, FINDING INSPIRATION and LEAVING A LEGACY is a creative moment that filled me with excitement and a little tense moments of wanting to go all out and being skeptic of the reception it will receive but got through it victoriously.”
Osborne Machiaria, was privileged to be the projects creative photographer.
On his Instagram post, he went further to explain his experience working on the series of images, stating each theme had colours, props and costumes to deliver a strong message.
” The beauty about this particular project was being given the creative freedom to conceptualise the shoot, breaking it down into 3 themes based on his come-back journey: OVERCOMING FEAR, FINDING INSPIRATION and LEAVING A LEGACY.”
They both went ahead to glorify the team they worked with as to make the project a success.
