Pictures of policeman who raped Kibabii University student – Weekly Citizen

An Administration Police Officer suspected of raping and chopping off the hand of a 21 year’s female student at Kibabii university has been arraigned in court but did not take a plea.
Constable Eric Mutama of Tuuti Ap camp in Kibabii location, Bungoma South sub county, Bungoma County was arraigned in court on Monday November 25, 2019.

The respondent didn’t take a plea before the resident magistrate Wamboi Githogori has the investigation officer Nicholas Oluoch in a sworn affidavit had requested for the seven days to hold the suspect and he completes his investigations.
