Nation reports the Red Devils faithfuls made the kind gesture in memory of a health worker who recently passed away at Bungoma referral hospital identified as Rose.

The blood donation came months after another group of United supporters from Eldoret spared time off their busy schedules to visit cancer patients.

The contingent visited Kimbilio Hospice where they also donated foodstuffs and personal effects to the patients.

The team also engaged in a raft of other activities including cleaning, cooking and feeding of the patients.

Meanwhile, Man United are enjoying a spectacular form, with the side currently on a 14-game unbeaten streak.

United's latest win was a hard-fought 2-1 victory over Norwich City during the FA Cup.

Having missed out on the Premier League title, the Ole Gunnar Solskjaer-tutored side is now pursuing a finish in the top four.

They are also in contention for the Europa League title and the FA Cup where they will take on Chelsea in the semis.
