Murkomen Clashes with Lawyer Donald Kipkorir Over Uhuru’s Kibra By-election Remarks, Asks Him to Refrain from the Debate

Elgeyo Marakwet County Senator Kipchumba Murkomen took a swipe at the city lawyer Donald Kipkorir after his controversial tweet criticizing the Deputy President William Ruto’s close allies after the President Uhuru Kenyatta’s remarks on the 7 November Kibra constituency by-election.

Speaking at the Sagana Lodge meeting on 15 November with the Gema leaders, President Kenyatta confessed that the Kibra by-election was very peaceful compared to other elections conducted in the country.

Uhuru summoned the leaders from Mount Kenya region counties to hold discussions on a number of issues such as development projects and seize from political battles between leaders in the country.

According to the city Lawyer Donald’s allegations, the President labeled the just concluded Kibra poll as the most peaceful election ever before the handshake between him and the Orange Democratic leader Raila Odinga.

Taking to his Twitter handle page, Donald called out for team Tanga Tanga allied to DP Ruto stating, “Tanga tanga members who had said it was violent must be hiding. Only one person had stones …Thank you, Mr. President, for the truth.”
