DAILY POST: Here is the name of the person that RUTO has been using to steal billions from Kenyans – DCI should arrest RUTO and his thugs Politics 07:26 Wednesday February 27, 2019 - Former Kitutu Masaba MP, Timothy Bosire, has revealed the name of the person whom Deputy President William Ruto uses to steal billions of shillings from Kenya taxpayers.
According to Bosire, who is also ODM‘s National Treasurer, Ruto uses his Chief of Staff, Ken Osinde, to steal billions from Kenyans. Osinde, a former Kenya ambassador to Germany, Bulgaria and Romania,has been linked to the controversial construction of fake dams in Rift Valley. According to Director of Criminal Investigations (DCI), George Kinoti, Sh 47 million was wired to an insurance company linked to Mr Osinde. “There seems to be a network of cartels in Ruto's office. When the fish is rotten, start from the head. Osinde has been used to execute dirty errands on behalf of his boss and this is regrettable. "I feel that his business deals with Ruto should be investigated. They have even been pushing for construction of Bonyunyu Dam despite the fact that no feasibility study was done or even public participation," Bosire said. The Bonyunyu Dam will cost taxpayers Sh5 billion and when the DP visited the region in June 2018, he insisted that the construction will go on as planned. One person was killed by the police last year as residents protested against the project.
