Dixon 'James Bond' Otieno will be the man leading security matters on Friday, July 19, at the Africa Cup of Nations final at Cairo International Stadium.
The stone-faced no-nonsense, FIFA trained security expert is known for his iron fist approach in dealing with security threats and comes highly recommended in the business of maintaining law and order.
Okello, who is Ugandan, will be tasked with handling the 75,000 capacity stadium and will also have to handle the extended ceremony of awarding the winners.
In attendance will be all manner of VIP the world over, and Okello will be coordinating with high level security detail to ensure their safety as well as the thousands of fans in attendance.
Federation of Uganada football FUFA, tweeted their best wishes to Okello on the night.
