DAILY POST: Activist BONIFACE MWANGI and his family nearly killed by drunk city driver-See Photos from the scene Editor's Choice, Lifestyle 09:53 Sunday, December 30, 2018- Activist Boniface Mwangi and his family escaped unscathed after a drunk driver rammed into their car on Sunday morning.
The drunk driver’s car was reduced into a shell but the driver survived thanks to the often ignored seat belt. However, after the accident, the drunk driver tried to get rid of the bottles of alcohol in his car but police arrived quickly on the scene and recorded the evidence. The drunk driver was arrested after he was breathalyzered and found to have been drunk and he did not even have a driving license. The plucky activist narrated the incident on twitter and shared the photos below.

Important lesson from last night, safety belts saves lives. The drunk driver who hit us from behind had belted up.
