Afriwise, an online alternative legal services delivery platform has partnered Africa Risk Consulting (ARC) to offer firms active in or looking to expand to Africa access to all the legal and business-critical information they need to understand local markets.
The deal will see ARC Briefing monthly country reports made available on the Afriwise platform to make corporate governance, risk and compliance management in African countries more efficient.

The ARC Briefing is now fully integrated into the Afriwise platform, in a user-friendly, searchable format.
The Afriwise platform contains up-to-date answers to over 1 500 critical legal questions about doing business in various African countries, covering key areas of law, such as Business Structures, Foreign Investment and Employment, with each answer provided by a leading local law firm. The platform also contains detailed profiles of vetted local counsel selected from reputable firms in each country, productivity tools to improve efficiency and turnaround times, and legislation.
