Premier League side Arsenal has announced the signing for midfielder Dani Ceballos from Real Madrid on a season-long loan.
Ceballos was initially set to join Tottenham Hotspurs after meeting with head coach Mauricio Pochettino before starring at this summer's European Under-21 Championship. However, Unai Emery made an intervention which saw him convince the 22-year-old to sign for the Gunners.
The Spaniard, who is set to replace Aaron Ramsey who joined Juventus will now wear the vacant No.8 shirt vacated by the Wales international.
