Chelsea's win means Liverpool are now the Premier League winners for the first time in their history - and their first title win in the top flight for 30 years after goals from Christian Pulisic and Willian.

Pulisic was gifted the opener after dreadful defending by Benjamin Mendy before he finished coolly, but Kevin de Bruyne equalised with a stunning free-kick before Willian's winner from the penalty spot after Fernandinho was sent off for handling Tammy Abraham's goalbound effort.
