Chris Obure and Robert Ouko in court over Kevin Omwenga's shooting

Controversial businessman Chris Obure and his bodyguard Robert Ouko have been arraigned at Kibera law courts over the shooting of Kevin Omwenga.

They will appear before Kibera senior principal Magistrate Derrick Kuto.

The 28-year-old was shot on Friday night in his apartment at Galana Suites.

Ouko admitted to shooting Omwenga, his close friend, saying he did it accidentally. Omwenga, a car dealer was sht in the chest in his bedroom and his brother and friends were in the house when it happened.
