DAILY POST: Names of the three Kenyans arrested in the US by FBI over links to terror group ISIS - They were on transit to Somalia Entertainment News, Lifestyle 07:44 Wednesday, January 23, 2019 - Three Kenyans living in the US were arrested on Tuesday by the Federal of Bureau of Investigations (FBI) agents over their links to terror group ISIS.
They have been identified as Mohamed Salat Haji, Mohamud Abdikadir Muse and Muse Abdikadir Muse. They were arrested in Lansing, Michigan, while escorting Mr Muse Abdikadir to Gerard R. Ford Airport to catch a flight to Mogadishu, Somalia. “He was checking in for a flight on his way to Mogadishu, Somalia when he was arrested,” a statement by the FBI released on Tuesday stated. The US Department of Justice said his other two friends, described as co-conspirators, had assisted him in getting the ticket. “They aided in the purchase of the ticket and drove Muse Abdikadir Muse to the Grand Rapids airport, each knowing the true purpose of the travel was for Muse Muse to join and fight for ISIS,” read the statement. The FBI revealed that, the three recorded videos pledging allegiance to the group where they narrated their desire “to kill non-believers, and even to potentially use a car for a martyrdom operation to run down non-believers in the US” This comes barley a week after Al-Shabaab terrorists led by a Kenyan Salim Gichunge attacked Dusit D2 Hotel in Nairobi and killed 21 people.
