Yussuf has also urged the Kenya Airports Authority Managing Director Jonny Andersen to commence an internal probe against the said directors.

He alleges that his co-directors have been by-passing Airport security at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport to transport cash stolen from Bluebird Aviation to offshore destinations.

The complaint, further states that: “The monies being transported amounts to huge sums of cash. This is also against the orders issued by the High Court vide a ruling by Honourable Justice Ogola on 18th May 2016.”

Yussuf Abdi Adan has also implicated National Bank of Kenya Chairman Mohamed Hassanwho he claims is an interested party in the matter.

“I verily believe that my life and that of my family is at great risk and may be subject to harm with the sole intention of putting pressure on me and my family to withdraw the ongoing dispute in Court,” Yussuf Abdi Adan said in a sworn statement to the DCI.

Yussuf further states that the said directors each holding a 25% stake in the firm continue to enjoy state security yet have conspired to exclude him from the aviation firm operations.
