A section of football fans have taken to social media to express their displeasure with the officiating of a Premier League encounter pitting Manchester United and West Ham United.
The match played on Saturday, April 13, at Old Trafford saw the Red Devils secure a 2-1 hard-fought victory against the Hammers to move to fifth on the log.
United, who have dipped in form in recent weeks benefited from two penalties in either half of the clash to cart away all the three points.
The visitors nearly took the lead just ten minutes into the match through Felipe Anderson, but the Brazilian's goal was ruled for an offside.
The decision did not go down well with opposition fans, labeling the Old Trafford dwellers "luckiest club in England."
Interestingly, West Ham went on to concede a penalty nine minutes later after Robert Snodgrass' clumsy challenge on Juan Mata.
The penalty was carefully concerted by Paul Pogba, as the first half finished United leading.
However, just four minutes into the second half, Felipe Anderson finally had his name on the score sheet to make it 1-1.
The match looked destined for a draw before United profitted from a second penalty in the 80th minute that was scored by Pogba.
Meanwhile, the Ole Gunnar Solskjaer-tutored side now sit fifth on the standings with 64 points, just one ahead of Arsenal who still have a match to play.
