Traders at the popular Toi market are counting losses after fire destroyed their stalls.
The fire allegedly broke out on Tuesday at around 3:oo am and the cause is yet to be established.
Traders were forced to salvage the little they could from the inferno but alot of the property was burnt.
The market is a favorite to many Kenyans due to its accessibility and the availability of second-hand clothes, shoes, home goods, fresh fruit and vegetables.
