Kidero and his co-accused have been in custody since their arrest last Friday.
While addressing the 4th Senators and County Assemblies Legislative Summit two weeks ago, the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission Director of preventive services Vincent Okong’o said the anti-graft body was investigating 20 sitting and former governors and 227 MCAs for corruption.
He had said the culprits would be charged after investigations are complete.
