Four new players named in Shujaa’s squad ahead of Singapore and Vancouver legs

Four new players have been included in the national rugby sevens team that will head out to the 5th and 6th legs of this season’s Sevens World Series next month.

Collins Shikoli, Zeden Marrow, Richel Wangila, and Ben Salem will travel with the Kenyan team for the April legs to be held in Singapore and Vancouver.

Wangila, Marrow, and Shikoli are part of the traveling party to Singapore while Salem will link up with the team in Vancouver alongside Alvin Otieno and Timothy Mmasi.

The team will play the Singapore leg between 9th and 10th of next month then compete in Vancouver six days later.

After four opening legs in Dubai, Malaga, and Seville Kenya is ranked 8th on the standings with 31 points.

South Africa winners of the four rounds lead the log on 88 points while Argentina and Australia are ranked second and third respectively.
