The government wants all examination officials to adhere to the rules and regulations while manning the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) exercise to ensure a credible process.
The Principal Secretary in the Ministry of Education for Post Training & Skills Development Alfred Cheruiyot has however expressed satisfaction with the manner in which the KCSE has so far been handled since it kicked off on Tuesday.
The PS who was in Narok to witness the opening of the exam container also visited candidates in Narok Boys, Maasai Girls among other secondary schools in the County to monitor the administration of KCSE exam.
He called on all parties involved to play their part to ensure the integrity of the exercise in order to deliver credible examination.

He, however, noted that the government was satisfied with the progress of the exam.
Narok County had earlier been identified among the sixteen counties that are examination cheating hot spots.
Other counties included Bungoma, Kisumu, Kisii, Homa Bay and Migori among others.
Narok County Director of Education Phillip Wambua noted that no major incident had been reported including the common issues surrounding candidates giving birth before and during examinations.
Despite several parts of Narok County experiencing rain, exams have been reaching the examinations centres on time.
