Things are thick for general Miguna Miguna. The controversial lawyer, who was to arrive in the country today morning on Air France Flight AF0814 might not be coming home any time soon.

Miguna Miguna took to social media to reveal that he was removed from the flight before it took off.

Air France removed me from Flight AF0814 from Charles De Gaulle Airport to JKIA, which was about to take off…they have sent RED ALERTS to all airlines. We shall never surrender!’ he tweeted.

This comes barely 24 hours after Lufthansa blocked him from boarding their flight from Germany to Kenya.

He added that he wasn’t refunded his fare by the airline.

I had comfortably sat in seat number 22A and the plane was about to take off when Mr. Stephane Seguin, Duty Manager, and another Air France staff removed me from the plane on behalf of the Kenyan tyrants. You have not refunded my fare. Your staff were rude. Shame on @airfrance.

In another tweet, he wrote

You have tortured and brutalized me; destroyed and vandalized my house. You continue to disobey multiple valid court orders and prevent me from buying my father-in-law and other family members. But you will never break my spirit and commitment.

Air France responded as to why they had to remove the Kenyan born politician from their flight and in a statement, they said

Dear Mister Miguna, we fully understand your disappointment but confirm, that to comply with international regulations governing air transport we were obliged to deny boarding as soon as we received the request of Kenyan authorities, as Lufthansa had to do it this morning.
