The Principal Secretary for Curriculum Reforms in the Ministry of Education, Prof Fatuma Chege, says junior secondary schools will be domiciled in secondary schools. Prof. Chege said its only surplus classrooms in a primary school that that will be used to accommodate junior secondary but the schools will be managed by independent boards .
