Prof. Makau Mutua has Tuesday been appointed the spokesperson of ODM leader Raila Odinga’s presidential campaign secretariat.
Makau in addition will also be the head of Raila’s think tank.
He takes over the roles initially held by CEO Elizabeth Meyo.
