The memorial service for the late retired President Daniel Arap Moi is currently underway at Nyayo National stadium.
Mzee Moi’s funeral cortege left State House for Nyayo Stadium where thousands have turned up for his memorial service.
Mzee Moi’s body was earlier taken to State House, where different heads of states viewed his body.
The late Moi will be interred Wednesday at his Kabarak home in Nakuru County.

Kenyans from all walks of life started streaming into Nyayo national stadium from as early as 5 a.m for the funeral service of former president Daniel Toroitich arap Moi.
The body of the late President Moi was ferried under the escort of the military to the Stadium, a facility that has undergone a major facelift by government.
Government Spokesperson Col retired Cyrus Oguna said Monday projected number of Heads of State who will attend the memorial service and the subsequent burial of the retired President is expected to rise from the current 10 that was announced on Sunday.
