Mugukus Refute Claims of Planned Sale of The Waterfront Karen Mall

In a statement, the mall’s Managing Director David Muguku says the information should be disregarded and treated as false.

“The Shopping Mall and its surrounding property remains to be a long-term investment whose main objective is to provide a conducive, safe, environmentally-friendly and world-class shopping & lifestyle experience for the public,” Muguku said.

He added that any information pertaining to the sale of the property or any other matter would be issued by the management through official channels

The statement follows a story run by Business Daily, which quoted a brief document advertising the sale of the prime property.

“We would like to further inform the public that any information pertaining to the sale of the property, if any, or any other matter would be issued by the management through official channels.”
