“Ok ladies, let’s talk 💁🏾‍♀️ What’s the worst thing that pregnancy has ever done to your body? And how have you dealt with it?”

She sought to know their side of the story.

And as always, she started with her own experience.

Kambua has always suffered Alopecia during her pregnancies.

Alopecia is the partial or complete absence of hair from areas of the body where it normally grows — baldness.

Alopecia occurs when the immune system attacks hair follicles and may be brought on by severe stress.

“Remember, I told you how I suffered from postpartum alopecia during my previous pregnancy? It happened again! Maybe a little worse this time. My guess is hormones and grief are a bad combo.”

Kambua said the condition had been intensified by the stress she went through after losing her son.

Seeking to know how her fellow women were dealing with the condition, she revealed that she had herself resorted to using complements to remedy the condition.

“So, I’m on my supplements, and using oils to stimulate my hair follicles…huku ni mapambano tu! 😅
How about you?” she posed.

Kambua revealed that she travels a lot and reads books to heal from the pain and grief of losing her child.

“How long will I love you? As long as the stars are above you; and longer if I can,”

she declared a few days ago.
