Paul Pogba will be seeking a transfer away from Manchester United in the summer amid claims of a “worn out" relationship with club boss Ole Gunner Solskjaer.
According to UK Sun citing French newspaper Le Parisien, this development will come as a surprise to Red Devils supporters, who are now enjoying the best of Pogba since the Norwegian arrival in December.
The 26-year-old has netted nine times along with seven assists, but has failed to score since his goal against Chelsea on February 18.
And in recent time, the French World Cup winner revealed playing for Los Blancos will be a "dream" come true, which has now turned into a topic of discuss.
"Real Madrid is one of the biggest clubs in the world. I've always said it is a dream club for every player."
And with United’s chances of finishing in the top four suffering a knock in recent time after Wolves defeat, the possibility of the Frenchman’s exit could be a reality.
However, in the same press conference in March, Pogba revealed to journalists why the players wanted Solskjaer to be named permanent manager at Old Trafford.
Interestingly, Solskjaer also found time to speak on Pogba's contract extension with SunSport revealing that Red Devils chiefs are ready to open talks with Pogba and his representative Mino Raiola in the coming days.
However, Pogba is demanding £500,000 weekly salary, just like Alexis Sanchez's wages - to pen an extension to his contract which runs out in 2021.
Earlier, TUKO.co.ke reported that Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has insisted that Paul Pogba will stay at Manchester United next season.
The future of the Frenchman at Old Trafford has been in heavy doubt after commenting that any player would want to play for Real Madrid.
