Police on Tuesday teargassed anti graft protesters at Uhuru Park Grounds.

The activists had convened at Uhuru Park to demonstrate against mega corruption scandals facing the country and other vices ailing Kenyans.

The activists had their banners written the Face Of Corruption with a picture of President Uhuru Kenyatta printed on them.

Nairobi central Police Station OCS Simon Kerich had warned the activists against marching outside Uhuru Park.

“I want you guys to convene here, finish what you want to finish and then leave,” Kerich had told them.

The activists however insisted on marching outside Uhuru park forcing the police to throw teargas canisters on them.
