Sunday, December 30, 2018-President Kagame’s second child and only daughter, Ange Kagame, walked down the aisle in a colourful ceremony attended by close friends and family members at her father’s home in Ntebe.The beautiful lass, who is a political science graduate, walked down the aisle with her fiance identified as, Bill, an urban planner who holds a Masters in City Planning from London School of Economics.
