Maraga, who earlier spoke during the anti-corruption conference at the Bomas of Kenya accused bloggers of hurling insults at judicial officers without getting the right information. But when he took to the podium, Uhuru who also attended the anti-corruption summit defended the bloggers and urged them to continue unmasking corruption in the Judiciary. The Head of State urged Maraga to get used to the bloggers since it is the same Judiciary that blocked laws that regulated bloggers. "I remember there was a time we wanted to pass a law to stop these people from insulting all of us left right and center but it was to court and the court decided it was unconstitutional. Just like the rest of us, get used to it," Uhuru told Maraga. At the same time, Uhuru urged Maraga to clean his house and rectify all forms of weaknesses the Judiciary has.
