Supreme Court Judges Rules Rules Against BBI

Building Bridges Initiative (BBI) sponsored by ODM leader Raila Odinga and President Uhuru Kenyatta flopped after Supreme court judges voted against it.

The ruling was made by a seven-judge bench on Thursday

According to the judges, the BBI Amendment Bill was unconstitutional

The majority of the judges agreed that President should not lead a popular initiative to amend the constitution.
