The four suspects accused of killing human rights activist, Caroline Mwatha, were Friday morning granted bail.
While issuing her ruling, Judge Jessy Lessit said the prosecution did not give compelling reasons to deny the accused persons bail.
However, the judge issued the bail with conditions that the accused shall not go to the New Njiru Clinic which is said to be the scene of crime.
The four; Betty Akinyi, her son Dale Richard Ramoya, Michael Onchiri, and Alexander Gitau will now be required to pay a cash bail of 300,000 shillings or an alternative 500, 000 shillings bond with two sureties of similar amount.
