The officials were ordered to pay between Ksh1.5 million and Ksh6 million in relation to charges of corruption and abuse of office.
They were charged in the misappropriation of at least Ksh109 million in irregular land compensation.
The bail varies for each accused person depending on a number of counts but Swazuri and three others have the highest.
The former NLC chair was arrested last Wednesday over allegations of irregular land compensation.
Director of Public Prosecutions, Noordin Haji said he had sufficient evidence to charge Swazuri and 23 others over compensation claim to Tornado Carriers Limited in respect to compulsory acquisition of land. The parcel of land in question is in Mombasa.
The accused were also ordered to surrender their travel documents, not to access the lands offices and in no way are they to interfere with investigations.
The office of the DPP wants the officials charged with conspiracy to commit an economic crime, abuse of office and financial misconduct and money laundering.
