Inquiries have shown that the case is related to the backward law Computer Misuse and Cyber Crimes Act, that is being fought by Law Society of Kenya (LSK) and other bloggers especially Cyprian Nyakundi.

The influential tweep Bravin has been advised by his lawyers to go to the Headquarters on Monday, even following on DCI who had said on the phone that he needs to ‘avail himself at a convenient day to him’.
