Twilight girls invade devolution conference – Weekly Citizen

TWILIGHT ladies conducting their businesses in Niarobi are laughing all the way to the bank after making a kill out of the concluded Kirinyanga devolution Conference.,

RED streets in Nairobi remained deserted last week after a handsome number of twilight girls shifted base to the neighbouring Kirinyanga County which played host to over 6,000 delegates attending Devolution Conference.

The City twilight ladies said to be having a strong intelligence network left Nairobi literally empty for the four days  camped in Kiranyanga acting on the knowledge that they were to interact with spendthrift individuals from county governments.

‘’These ladies are well informed they know employees of county governments are exposed to corrupt money and this was their moment to have a share of the cake ’’, said a Nairobi dweller.

A spot check conducted last week indicated that matatu sector recorded a booming business following increased number of passengers predominantly slay queens who were literally falling on each other in a bid to reach Kiranyanga in time.

Alarmed by outburst of the skimpily dressed ladies in the area compounded by the fact that County staffs are known to be promiscuous, the Kiranyanga County government responded by distributed over 150,000 condoms to cover for the four days event.

County deputy Public Health Officer Peter Irungu justified the government’s action and warned bar owners against selling the commodity which was on an instant high demand.

Some of the over 6,000 delegates who attended the conference were forced to look for accommodation in other neighbouring Counties including Murang’a, Embu, Nyeri, and Kiambu.

However a section of Kenyans have blindly heaped blames on governor Ann Waiguru whom they noted should have engage in a campaign preaching faithfulness ahead of the event instead of splashing condoms at the potential cheaters.

‘’Giving out thousands and thousands of condoms a head to participants ahead of the devolution conference is a good preventive measures but it was also like reminding them the event was love-making moment’’, pointed concerned Nairobian.

Coincidentally it was Kirinyanga deputy governor caught red handed with someone’s wife during a similar event in Kakamega.

DG Peter Ndambiri was allegedly caught sleeping with another man’s wife and the duo lovers were recorded in a video that became an instant trend online where it was met with fierce condemnation from online users.
