Two drunk men arrested and charged with raping unconscious woman

Two drunk men who were arrested after they refused to leave a pub, have been charged over a horrific s3xual assault after police allegedly found footage of the attack on a mobile phone.

The pair, aged 26 and 24, were arrested from the Blacktown Inn in Sydney’s west on Friday at about 6.30pm.

Police found footage of an alleged rape of an unconscious 33-year-old woman at a St Marys home on February 11 and charged the men, who were from Doonside and Colyton, respectively.

One of the men was arrested for allegedly assaulting an officer.

The footage of the alleged s3xual assault was found on the mobile phone of a man as he was questioned by Blacktown officers.

Detectives identified the alleged victim following an investigation.

“Police will allege the woman became unconscious after she took an unknown drug when the men had non-consensual s3x with her,” The Blacktown Advocate reported.

Officers arrested the Colyton man over the alleged assault at a Beaumont Hills home on Saturday at about 1.30am.

The Doonside man was charged with aggravated sexual assault, failing to leave the pub when requested and assault/resist officer on duty.

The Colyton man was also charged with aggravated sexual assault. Both men were refused bail and will appear in Penrith Local Court on Wednesday.
