Two more bodies were on Tuesday retrieved from River Yala. Gem Sub County Police Commander, Charles Chacha said the bodies were taken to Yala sub county hospital mortuary. This brings to 23, the number of bodies that have been retrieved from the River. Families that have identified the bodies of their kinsmen have meanwhile accused the Directorate of Criminal Investigations DCI of dragging its feet in authorizing the release of the bodies for burial.
