Mr Maina said that he is quite concerned when such vital documents are left uncollected stating that titles are vital documents that give owners power to develop their parcels of land either through construction, livestock or crop farming and in turn helping them to get value for their money.
The Housing Co-operative with over 27,000 memberships has currently sold over 3,000 land projects and issued over 6,500 title deeds to its members.
Plans to hand over more than 2,000 title deeds and 5 housing projects by end of this year are in progress.
