US lady surprised by how cheap it is to braid hair in Kenya

An American woman posted on Twitter how shocked she was for paying Kshs. 2400 to braid her hair, contrary to what she expected compared to rates back in her country.

Daria Antrese posted a video showing her long braids moments before leaving the salon.

She said: “I got my hair braided in Kenya Africa today for 22$ they are knotless & passed my butt. I love it here.”

Kenyans On Twitter said it’s time salons started charging foreigners similar charges as in their countries.
