Kiharu MP Nindi Nyoro has dismissed the claims tabled in parliament by Nyali MP Mohamed Ali against Transport CS James Macharia.
Mohamed Ali is seeking to oust CS James Macharia for gross violation of the constitution and eminent misappropriation of public funds in the dockets he headed.
The Nyali MP on Tuesday filed his removal notice in parliament accompanying with it a number of signatures purportedly by MPs supporting the motion.
MP Nyoro is now out to defend CS Macharia for his good work, lashing at Ali for being petty and pulling a publicity stunt using the Transport CS.
“Mohammed Ali’s purported bid to oust CS James Macharia is a hopeless endeavor wrapped in hullabaloo and petty imagination. Zero content, can’t pass the threshold. Tuache CS afanye kazi bila fitina. We are African and Africa is our Business,” Ndindi Nyoro wrote on his Facebook.
He adds the signatures tend to be fake and for that, the petition will not succeed should it be presented in parliament for debate.
