I salute Denis Oliech.This man used all of his wealth to cater for his then ailing mother. He took her to the top hospitals in India and Europe in a bid to save her life but sadly she passed on

Today, I  met a man who  had to quit a plum job at the UN in Asia,to come home and take care of his ailing mother. He told me this was a sacrifice he had to make and is prepared to do anything to see his mother live. He told me that the mum(the only surviving parent) had to work as a farm labourer just to see him through university and owes all he has to the mother. Let us take care of our parents as they are now aging.Be calling them often,visit them,be interested about their health and welfare,take them for health checks.

Research shows that early detection of cancer results to reduced mortality of the patients.So be   paying your parents health insurance I.e NHIF monthly remittance and maybe on mothers' or fathers' day,take your parents for a health check,it is better to be safe than sorry. Take care of your parents,they will not be here forever.
