Afraha School head big casualty in transfers – Weekly Citizen

Fredrick Mbuthia the principal of Afraha Secondary School in Nakuru county is one of the casualities of recent transfers.

Mbuthia who was hated as well as loved at Afraha finds himself at Trans Nzoia’s Goseta School.

Philip Okinyi the principal of Nakuru West Secondary School was not spared either. He was moved to Milimani Mixed in the same county. Jacob Odera the principal of Kenyatta Secondary was shunted to Lake Solai Secondary in same county.

Mwai Kirimi principal Nairobi Road Secondary found himself at Elburgon DEB while Samuel Kamunge principal of Nakuru Central was moved to Teret Secondary. Amos Gamba finds himself heading Naivasha Day. Gamba was principal Uhuru Secondary. William Rono is now principal DEB Nutwot Uasin Gishu from Mwariki.

Reuben Ochako finds himself Kieni from Mama Ngina, Nakuru county. William Tuitoek moves to Chemasis to Masaita Mixed, Njuguna Jonathan from Banita to Mohotetu Laikipia.

The principal of Akuisi, Gachoka William in now at Kapkatet Kericho. Samuel Ngige of Solai Kale moved to Namunche Peace while George Maina principal Kandatura is now at Chibitet Kericho. Peter Kariuki has left Piave Secondary to NYS Secondary. Jane Mwangi previously at Bright Hope is now at Nyahururu Secondary.

Not only principals were affected by the transfers but also teachers. Rose Kirui a teacher at Athinai has moved to Chemasis, Wairimu Kamau from Rongai Mixed to St Veronica Siritanyi and Lydia Kipchumba formerly at Masaita mixed to Banita.
