DAILY POST: The gown DP RUTO wore as he graduated with a Ph.D from UoN has left tongues wagging

Friday, December 21, 2018 - Deputy President William Ruto was among five people who were conferred with Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) degrees today during the 2018 University of Nairobi graduation ceremony.

While most Kenyans have taken to social media to congratulate Dr. Ruto for his achievement, someone has noticed something about his gown.

The DP stood out like a sore thump from among his fellow graduands because his gown was new and looked tailor made.
