Eden Hazard was Chelsea's catalyst in the Blues 4-1 Europa League final win over Arsenal on Wednesday, May 29, after the Belgian scored twice to ensure his sides comfortable victory.
The Belgian bobbed and weaved his way around Arsenal defenders creating chances, providing assists and scoring a brace in the process.

Following Chelsea's being crowned Europa League champions, Hazard revealed it was probably his last match with the Blues.
When asked if this was likely the end of his Chelsea career Eden replied: "I think so."
"I want a new challenge like I said last last year after the world cup but it didn't happen. so now it's between both clubs. So I will see. I am still waiting, like you are waiting, and the fans are waiting. So we will see in a couple of days," Hazard told beIN Sports.
Hazard then left his Chelsea fans with a touching message expressing his gratitude after admitting it was the "perfect end" to his Premier League career at Chelsea.
"I love them. There are part of my family. I will always support Chelsea. If it is goodbye "Thank you!" for these 7 years," he said.
According to AS, Real Madrid hope to unveil Hazard as their newest recruit on Monday, June 3.
Real Madrid president, Florentino Perez expressed his confidence at finally landing the Blue attacker and admitted he had been trying to bring Hazard to Madrid for some time.
“We have been trying to make Hazard a Real Madrid player for several years," Perez said.
"I'd really like Hazard to come to Real Madrid and really hope he does. He is one of the best footballer," the Los Blancos president said.
TUKO previously reported that after a sensational performance by Hazard, Chelsea fans are begging their talisman to stay and not go to Real Madrid.
The Belgian's performance in Baku saw him named man of the match.
