The High Court has nullified the suspension of Mercy Wambua as the Chief Executive Officer of the Law Society of Kenya and the caretaker council. According to a judgment delivered by justice Antony Mrima, the special general meeting where the resolutions that led to the expulsion of members were made, was not properly convened.
