In an interview she said

“I don’t want to be seen like I am not in a competition with anyone. I know Diamond and Vanessa did their launches here, and I am not here trying to copy what they did. I have a management team that just knows what is right for me to do. I am happy that my star is shining. I am so humbled by the way Kenyans and African fans, in general, have embraced my music.”
