I feel good and fresh says Raila after surgery in Dubai.....

A video clip of Raila Odinga has surfaced online, showing the former premier in good spirits after undergoing minor surgery in the United Arab Emirates.

In a video posted on his social media page, the ODM leader says he is feeling great and thanked all those who have sent him messages of goodwill.

The departure of the former premier for treatment abroad more than a week ago was a subject of debate as Kenyans sought to know his whereabouts amid concerns on the state of his health.

It took a statement from his elder brother Dr. Oburu Odinga informing the public he was undergoing minor surgery to end speculation on his health condition.

His last-born daughter Winnie Odinga tweeted the video capturing Mr Odinga doing a jig.

In the video, the former primer donned a yellow shirt and blue shorts and appears to be good spirits.

In a post by Odinga, he says is feeling great and thanked all those who have sent him messages of goodwill.

“I’m feeling great and let me thank everyone who sent me messages of goodwill. Asante, Asante, Asante Sana”.

And in the characteristic Kenyan fashion, Kenyans on social media began to post videos mimicking the former premier as they sent their messages of goodwill wishing him a quick recovery.

The former premier jetted out of the country last week.
