Just a Band singer, Blinky Bill parties with David Beckham in S.A

Blinky Bill is having possibly his best year ever. The Just a Band singer just performed for a crowd that included David Beckham this past weekend.

Yes, the man is international now!

The singer and amazing super-producer is currently in South Africa where he got the rare chance to meet and perform for legendary English footballer, David Beckham in Jo’burg.

Blinky was giddy about the experience and said so on his Instagram page.

He wrote:

Beckham stayed for my entire set Yesterday and enjoyed it, said I wasn’t too bad for an Arsenal fan. ? Such a great night.

It also happened to be the night both Manchester United and Arsenal lost their respective Premier league matches to Man City and Wolves.

Beckham used the opportunity to troll Blinky who is an Arsenal fan.

This event continues Blinky Bill Sellanga’s memorable year. The man who composed the song ‘Mungu Halali’ and released it last year, might not have known the extent to which God would come through for him.

Just a few months back, Blinky was utilised by the airline company, Emirates to be part of its pan-African brand advertising campaign.

The campaign features an original song inspired by contemporary African electronic club music, produced by Blinky Bill.

The DJ has been quite busy, traveling the world on a tour that has since seen him perform in Nigeria, Switzerland, and France.
