Kapaito, Omotto lead the way for Sharks in Chemelil win

Kariobangi Sharks on Saturday overcame Chemelil Sugar 2-0 in a SportPesa Premier League match at Moi International Sports Centre, Kasarani.

Eric Kapaito and Patila Omoto scored a goal each in the second half to give Sharks the three points that moved them into the league’s top five.

Omoto was first on the scoresheet in the 71st minute when he received a timely cross from Eric Juma and headed home much to the jubilation of the few Sharks fans.

Kapaito, who has struggled with fitness this season, finally grabbed his first goal of the season in the 78th minute when he released a thunderbolt from the left that gave Chemelil goalkeeper no chance.
