KENHA lauds ban on scrap metal business

Kenya National Highways Authority has lauded the ban on the trade in scrap metal saying it will tame the vandalism of road installations. KENHA, the National Transport and Safety Authority and the National Police Service say they are working on modalities that will guarantee road safety and stem wanton destruction of installations.
