Deputy President, William Ruto, Saturday took the Kenya Kwanza campaign to Nyeri county where he pledged to ensure that all Kenyans access health care services through the National Health Insurance Fund (NHIF), if elected president.
Ruto said he was best suited to take over from President Uhuru Kenyatta when he ends his term in office.
